1. Return Eligibility

  • 30-Day Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Condition Requirements:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

    • All original tags and labels attached

    • In original packaging with all accessories

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear (if hygiene liner is removed)

  • Underwear and lingerie

  • Final sale items (marked as such)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us First: Email serve@elvisllc.shop with:

    • Your order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

    • Photos if item is defective/damaged

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with:

    • Return authorization number (required)

    • Return instructions

    • Nearest return location (for international customers)

  3. Ship Your Return: Send to:

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • US Customers: Prepaid return label available ($7.99 deducted from refund)

  • International Customers: Responsible for return shipping costs

  • Free Returns: Offered for defective/wrong items (we’ll provide prepaid label)

5. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return

  • Refund Method: Original payment method

  • Deductions: Original shipping costs non-refundable (except for our errors)

  • International Refunds: May take additional 3-5 days for bank processing

6. Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item for a refund

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include photos/video of the damage

  3. We’ll typically send a replacement immediately (no return needed)

8. Final Sale Items

All sales are final on:

  • Clearance items

  • Special promotion purchases

  • Items marked “Final Sale”
